  • Relaxing sea views and vantage point for fabulous sunsets
  • Light, airy ambience provides a tranquil retreat

Apartment 4 in the Greenhills building is a welcoming space - a home from home. From the moment you walk in the door, you feel the calming influence of this light and airy retreat. It's going to be a great holiday!

With two large bedrooms and a capacious open plan lounge, you could have the place to yourself or bring all your friends. Whether you want a romantic weekend for two, a family holiday for up to 7 or you need to visit family and friends and either don't want to impose yourself on their hospitality or just like having your own space, this fantastic apartment has it all. Only a few minutes walk to the beach and centrally located for so many activities, you will find yourself wanting to come back time and again.

Activities - TV, DVD, film and book library, games, inflatable beach toys (always supervise children with these) with many attractive sand or pebble beaches just minutes walk from the apartment.

Relaxation - central heating as well as a coal-effect gas fire really warm the apartment so you can snuggle on the leather sofa or extra-long bean bag with your hot chocolate or glass of wine.

Dining - the solid beech table has hide-away chairs so you can make the most of this versatile open plan room.

Sleeping - Flexible sleeping arrangements includes a double bed in the master bedroom with en-suite shower, twin beds in the second bedroom with a private ablutions area. In the lounge, the sofa becomes a comfortable metal-action double bed and the bean bag can be used as an emergency mattress either here or the master bedroom.

Sandgate village is an attractive and thriving blend of the boutique and the traditional with some excellent restaurants and pubs serving fine foods and real ale. The village centre is a short 5-minute walk down the hill where you can browse the eclectic mix of unique shops for trinkets, designer clothes or antiques. Some hostelries have sea-front terraces where you can dine alfresco and watch the setting sun play on the water.

Folestone's harbour for fresh fish and seafood is an attractive walk along the famous Leas, through the Lower Coastal Park or along the bech promenade.

Linen and towels are provided along with weekly cleaning on Saturdays. There is a hoover in the apartment to clear up after 'mucky pups' and (in case you're addicted to cleaning clothes while you're away) a washing machine is provided in the bathroom.

Cleaning between guest visits will be 10.30am (check-out) and 3.00pm (check-in), but if you're with us for two weeks or more, we can agree cleaning times to suit you.
