This newly refurbished cottage is the owners holiday home and for the first time is available for hire. The standard of decoration is excellent and it is furnished with a designer old/new theme.
From the square enter the cottage into the kitchen/diner, this is the back door. New light oak kitchen with granite worktops, stainless steel range cooker in original fireplace, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine and dining area with table and 5 chairs. The original floorboards have been sanded and polished.
Lounge can be accessed from the kitchen or from the front door, which is around the back of the house via a footpath. Opposite is the pretty garden with a patio area. The room is tastefully decorated, a victorian fireplace with an antique french mirror over dominates the room, plus two character armchairs and an Ercol day bed. Television, freeview box, DVD player, Hi-Fi. Wireless internet connection. Stairs to landing.

Except 23rd May to 30th May £480.00. High Season: 20th June to 29th August £480.00. Late Mid Season: 29th August to 12th September £445.00. Mid Season 12th September to 26th September £380.00. Low Season: 26th September to 19th December £300.00. High Season: 19th December to 5th January 09 £480.00. The fees include all gas, electric and water charges. A refundable security deposit of £125.00 for damages or breakages is payable with booking. A 50% deposit is payable on booking and the remainder of the booking fee to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. Cancellation for what ever reason shall be in writing to the owner. If owner succeeds in re-letting the property for the whole period all monies paid less an administration charge of £20 will be refunded. Re-letting for part period, the difference will be refunded less £20 administration charge. |
