Lounge can be accessed from the kitchen or from the front door, which is around the back of the house via a footpath. Opposite is the pretty garden with a patio area. The room is tastefully decorated, a Victorian fireplace with an antique french mirror over dominates the room, plus two character armchairs and an Ercol day bed. Television, free view box, DVD player, Hi-Fi. Wireless internet connection. Stairs to landing.

Low Season: 9th January to 13th March £315.00. Mid Season: 13th March to 22nd May £395.00. Except Easter break 3rd to 17th April £460.00. Late mid Season 22nd May to 19th June £460.00. Except 22nd May to 29th May £490.00. High Season: 19th June to 28th August £490.00. Late Mid Season: 28th August to 25th September £460.00. Mid Season 25th September to 30th October £395.00. Low Season: 30th October to 18th December £315.00 High Season: 18th December to 1st January 10 £490.00. The fees include all gas, electric and water charges. A deposit of 25% of the rental fee is payable if the booking is made 12 weeks before the start of the rental. The balance shall be payable 12 weeks before the commencement of the rental. For bookings made less that 12 weeks prior to the commencement of the rental 50% of the total fee is payable. The balance shall be payable 6 weeks before the commencement of the rental. A refundable security deposit of £125 is payable when booking. Cancellation for what ever reason shall be in writing to the owner. If owner succeeds in re-letting the property for the whole period all monies paid less an administration charge of £20 will be refunded. Re-letting for part period, the difference will be refunded less £20 administration charge. |
