We pride ourselves on a high standard of accommodation. All our cottages are light and airy and are situated at picturesque locations within the Axe Valley.
Close to the celebrity TV chef Hugh Fearnley – Whittingstalls River Cottage stores, Lyme Regis and the Jurassic Coast.
Situated on the Devon, Dorset and Somerset borders, the cottages provide the perfect base from which to explore the three counties.
Devon with its rolling hills and moorlands; Dorset with its world heritage coastline and Somerset, famous for its picturesque villages and bustling market towns.
There is so much to see and do, including course fishing, country walks, golf, fishing boat hire and a modern swimming pool and sports complex nearby.
Other local attractions include Beer Quarry Caves, Pecorama, Axe Valley Bird and Animal Park, Seaton Tramway, Escot Park, Shute Barton House and Forde Abbey to name but a few, and all within easy reach. And a cosy cottage awaits your return.
Pets are welcome in some cottages by arrangement and we accept all major credit cards.

DIRECTIONS FOR THE WILLOWS From the M5 traveling south bound, leave at junction 25 Taunton signed A358 Chard. Once at Chard continue on the A358 signpost Axminster. Stay on this road for approximately 5 miles, Continue over bridge, and take your first left into courtyard. The Cottage can be found on your left. DIRECTIONS FOR COLHAYNE COTTAGES From the M5 traveling south bound, leave at junction 25 Taunton signed A358 Chard. Once at Chard continue on the A358 signpost Axminster. Once at Axminster follow signs for Honiton A35 continue on the A35 for approximately 3 miles passing a Little Chef on your right hand side. Continue on this road thought a series of bends, Colhayne Cottages can be found at the bottom of the valley on you left. Turning at the sign for Platts Farm, Platts Cross Woodland View and Colhayne. |
