The site has its own gated access to the award winning beach below.

Within walking distance there are public houses and an excellent "Waterfront" restaurant, Thursday night is paella night, booking essential.

The cottage is a perfect place to relax or to base your sightseeing activities.

Kessingland is located on the A12 between Southwold and Lowestoft.
Turn off A12 at rounderbout near Wildlife Park and immediatley turn left into High Street. Half a mile along turn right into Field lane, half a mile along at a junction you will find Rider Haggard` Lane turn into lane at the end is Kessingland Coittages where rose Cliff cottage is located.
