The Granary is a 3 bed property which can sleep 6-8 people (sofabed in the living room). The property is situated within the grounds of the owner's 17th century thatched farmhouse, in a group of five converted barns.

Hidden from the road the Granary can offer a quiet weekend getaway or a family holiday close to all the amenities North Devon can offer, whether it's walking, cycling, golf, surfing or just relaxing. The property is reached from its own parking area which has dedicated parking for at least 3 cars. Access is through the private courtyard garden which has garden furniture, raised flower beds and a pergola.

On the ground floor is a double room with king-size sleigh bed and ensuite with toilet, basin and walk-in tower shower. It is equipped with dressing table, bedside lamps, radio/alarm clock and a TV with DVD. There are french doors out onto a private sitting area by the ornamental ponds ideal for breakfast on sunny mornings. The roomy triple room has bunk beds and a single bed. The twin room has french doors leading out onto sitting area by the ponds, it also has radio/alarm clock. All the bedrooms have wardrobes. The family bathroom has a spa bath with mixer shower over, toilet and basin.

Upstairs is a large lounge with exposed stone wall, 2 three-seater sofas and a three-seater sofabed. There are occasional tables and a large coffee table with storage. The woodburner provides a cosy atmosphere in the winter months. There is digital TV and DVD player and also a CD player. The french doors to front of the property overlook the ornamental ponds, as well as french doors overlooking the play area at the rear of the property, the latter also affords views over the surrounding countryside. The room has orginal beams and a vaulted ceiling and is divided from the kitchen by an oak-beamed partition wall. The large kitchen/diner also has beams, exposed stonework and french doors looking out over the play area and the farmhouse table is situated to afford views of the surrounding countryside. The kitchen is well equipped with dual-fuel range cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and washer/dryer.
