The Flats are self contained and well furnished, including Colour TV, full size refrigerators, cooker, microwave oven, crockery, cutlery, glasses and cooking utensils.
Bed Linen is provided.
Guests are provided with own key, each flat has its own coin operated Electricity Meter, and a public telephone available to them in the communal hallway for resident's convenience.
Off Street parking is available, generally for flats 2 and 3, however could be made available for the other flats dependant on availability. Alternate parking is available at the pay and display at Grove Park (60 yards).
Flat 1: Garden (Sleeps 2)
3 rooms, Lounge with Wall Bed, Separate Kitchen, WC Shower Room, own Front Door.
Flat 2: 2nd Floor (Sleeps 4-6)
5 Rooms, Lounge/Diner, Kitchen, WC Bathroom/Shower, and 2 Double Bedrooms.
Flat 3: 1st Floor (Sleeps 4)
3 Rooms, Lounge/Diner/Kitchen Area, WC Bathroom/Shower, and 1 Family Bedroom (Double Bed and Bunks).
Flat 4: Ground Floor (Sleeps 2)
2 Rooms, Lounge/Diner/Kitchen Area with Wall Bed, and WC Shower Room.
It is an excellent touring base for Somerset and beyond.
Enjoy the Grand Pier, The Winter Gardens, Playhouse Theatre, Cinema, Amusement Arcades, Parks, and Bars and Restaurants.
Grove Park is the home of Dando's Garden a tribute to the Murdered Jill Dando, one of Weston's favourite Daughters.

Put BS23 2PL in your SatNav or from Junction 21 follow signs for Town Centre/Sea Front once on Sea Front head north along Beach Road until you pass the Pier to join Royal Parade and can see Winter Gardens on your Right, You are to turn Right immediately after the Cabot Bars onto South Parade. Take the second left onto West Street and continue to the end of the road. Turn left onto the High Street and you will pass the Playhouse Theatre on your right. Continue to follow road to approach the front of the flats in approx 60 Yards. |
