This luxurious ground floor apartment sleeps 2 and sits within the former Grade II Listed Georgian Manor House - Sneaton Hall, in Sneaton just 3 miles from Whitby. All local amenities within a mile of the property are in Ruswarp / Sleights.

Recently refurbished throughout, this property offers high quality fixtures and fittings with simply sumptuous decor and all the latest technology but with traditional charm. No Ikea furniture or chipped crockery!

We provide all bed linen, we just ask you to bring your own towels.

We are strictly non smoking and do not accept pets.

One baby up to the age of 12 months welcome - cot, high chair and baby pack provided.

Sit on our patio sipping a glass of your favourite tipple watching the ships pass by in the Summer or enjoy the same view from the warmth of the lounge on our comfortable sofas in the Winter months watching the sea fret roll in across the fields.

Our very well equipped property is maintained to the highest standards and provides everything you will need for the ultimate home away from home. Sneaton is a small village situated just 3 miles in land from Whitby through Ruswarp.

Our property is unique in that it benefits from stunning sea views yet has the peace and quiet of the countryside, perfect for walking and exploring whilst being located at the gateway to the North Yorkshire Moors.
