The cottage is single storey - all on one level with gas central heating and comprises of cosy lounge with windows looking over the bay with gas fire, television with freeview, DVD/CD player, radio, boardgames table, with games, books and DVDs.
There is a fully equipped kitchen/diner has 2 windows looking out on the garden and the bay, electric cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine and toaster.
The bathroom has a traditional suite with shower over the bath.
The small hall leads to the bedroom with large double bed, dressing table, chest of drawers and wardrobe.
Clauchan Cottage is ideal for sandy beaches, sea and mountains, local walks, signposted cycle routes, historic castles, birdwatching, fishing (sea and river), local botanical gardens and miles of beautiful coastline leading to the Mull of Galloway.
