Heron, Well, Leat and Lower Mill Cottages all offer comfort and charm, some with conservatories and woodburners, the perfect place to relax and unwind.

Hawksland Mill is situated down a quiet country lane, 3 miles from Wadebridge with good shopping facilities, 5 miles from Padstow, within easy reach of the popular Camel Trail, the Eden Project and the spectacular north coast with sandy beaches and magnificent coastal walks.

Directions

From the M5 at Exeter, take the A30 bypassing Okehampton and Launceston. Ignore the signs for the A395 to North Cornwall, Wadebridge and Camelford and continue on the A30 until the exit at Bodmin. Drive through Bodmin following the signs for Wadebridge (A389).
By pass Wadebridge following the signs for Padstow/Truro/Newquay. After crossing the River Camel, continue for three miles (passing the Royal Cornwall Showground on the left) and turn right on the A389 to Padstow.
Pass the garage and take the first left hand turning signposted to Hawksland. Follow the lane round two sharp bends and Hawksland Mill will be found on the right clearly indicated by a large name board. Go through the gateway, turn sharp left and park facing the low wall and the trees.
