Accomodation sleeps 4 Adults comfortably. 1 small pet £20.00 additional charge.
Kitchen /dinner fully equiped (ie an extensive range of cooking utensils plates, pans, toaster, iron etc) Oven, microwave, washing machine, seperate fridge and freezer.
Lounge very comfortable with 2 x leather settees, LCD TV, Freeview, DVD player and CD Stereo.
Bedroom 1: Luxury Double bedroom with pine furniture.
Bedroom 2: Luxury Bunk bed (Full size beds with Adult matresses very comfortable) pine furniture.
Bathroom: Large Shower room and WC (no bath).
All Bedding and Towels supplied plus all Gas/electric.
Price is the Total Inclusive cost no hidden extras like booking fee.
Sun terrace: (Sun trap) with new seating and table (old one in pic) with BBQ (requires charcoal).
Garden: 1/3 acre Lovely secluded lawned garden with fruit trees and flower beds seating and lovely views across the village. Garden is secure for the children (walled).
At the top of the garden through a gate there is a field ideal for walking the dog. The adjacent field is Chittlehamptons unique cricket field and pavillion.
The Village is a typical Old Devon village with a large square dominated by a superb Church, with thatched cottages around the Square (courtyard cottage is top left hand corner of the Square).
An excellent Pub 50 yrds situated at the bottom of the Square. THE BELL a recent CAMRA winner of Best Pub of the Year, which sells an excellent range of food (local produce) and excellent variety of drink including a large collection of malt whiskey. A lovely beer garden. It is also child friendly and a Dog friendly pub, if kept on lead. The dogs not the kids!
Shop and post office 100yrds (fresh bread etc)
The local market town of South Molton, 4 miles, has a weekly farmer's market. Barnstaple is 8 miles away. Other family attractions in the area include The Big Sheep, The Milky Way, Brooklands, Exmoor Zoo, Coombe Martin Dinosaur Park, the RHS gardens at Rosemoor 6 miles away and a range of National Trust properties.
Also close by Exmoor National park, Lynton, Lynmouth, Ilfracombe.
Spectacular beaches are within easy driving distance at Croyde, Saunton Sands, Woolacombe, Instow, Westward Ho! and picturesque Clovely Harbour. Also quite easy to get to is Eden project 1.5 - 2 hours estimate.
Because this is a new property, literally just put on our agents books we are able to make our own bookings, at hugely discounted rates saving always in excess of £100.00 against brochure price.
Additionally we can arrange for suprise flowers, Champagne, chocolates (locally hand made Swiss chocolates) strawberries etc for that little extra for your arrival.
