The apartment is furnished to a high standard and consists of 2 double bedrooms and 1 further bedroom with full sized bunks, all with wardrobe and drawer space and bedside table with lamp.
There is also a double sofabed in the lounge, to allow sleeping for up to 8 guests.
The master bedroom comes with en-suite shower, toilet and sink. There is another main bathroom with bath, shower attachment, sink and toilet.
The kitchen is fully fitted with modern units, breakfast bar, expandable table and chairs, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, gas hob, electric grill, oven and microwave. Toaster, kettle, crockery, pans and cutlery all included.
Hairdryer, Washing machine, drying facilities, iron and ironing board available.
Lounge/dining area consists of sofas to seat 8 people including 1 sofabed, 26 inch TV, DVD player, Sky Freeview, stereo and luxury dining suite.
The spectacular views can be enjoyed from the lounge/dining room, kitchen and master bedroom.
A south facing sun terrace provides a secluded, peaceful space for sunbathing, barbeques and evening cocktails! Comes with garden furniture to seat 4, but kitchen chairs can be easily transported for extra seating.
Tynemouth Blue Flag beach is quite literally on the doorstep. Excellent facilities for Surfers and popular with families, beachlovers, sailors and watersport enthusiasts.
Tynemouth Priory and Castle and Collingwood Monument within 0.25mile.
Excellent local facilities with shops, pubs, restaurants and Blue Reef Aquarium all within 0.25mile.
For the more adventurous, Tynemouth Metro station is also within 0.25mile for easy access to Newcastle City Centre and surrounding areas for shops, pubs, clubs, restaurants, cinemas, theatre, museums and historical sites.
Excellent cycling routes along the coast and riverside. Bicycle hire available in Tynemouth.
Apartment owners will arrange key collection and drop-off prior to your stay and then will leave you in peace throughout your stay, but will be available (or will provide a nominee) for you to contact if you have any questions or problems during your stay.

By Car: Exit A19 at Tynemouth (A1058). Follow A1058 to Tynemouth until you reach the seafront. Turn right at roundabout on seafront and then continue straight on over next roundabout, keeping the sea on your left. Apartment is on the right at the other end of the row with the Grand Hotel on. Front door is up side street on right. By Train to Newcastle Central Station: Take metro north 1 stop to Monument station. Change line to trains for the coast. Get off at Tynemouth station and walk along Front Street (where all the shops, pubs and restaurants are), follow seafront 300m then turn left up side street beside number 48. Front door on right. |
