Excellent pubs in the immediate area including The Hurstwood in the village.
Within 8 mins is Buxted Station with hourly train service to London, Buxted Park/Hotel,Fruit picking, Farm shop and Tea Room. Newhaven within 35 mins drive offers daily ferry crossings to Dieppe, France.
