It has it's own garden and a large hot tub is attractively set in its own decked and fenced area which can be used all year round.
There is a widescreen television with freeview, DVD player, video player, PS2 and games, CD/radio/cassette player, microwave, food processor and all the things you would expect to make your holiday comfortable.
Full central heating (all fuel and electricity included in the price). WIFI Broadband internet connection.
Both bedrooms have balconies with far reaching views.
Well set back off the road with ample parking and plenty of room to kick a ball, play badminton or even fly a kite!

From Exeter take the A30 signposted to Oakhampton. Travel along this road for about 1 hour and you will see signposted a turnoff to Jamaica Inn & St Neot. Take the turn off and directly opposite Jamaica Inn you will see two roads, take the first turning on the left to St Cleer, travel along this road for about 5 miles and just before a T junction you will see a small bridge on the right , go over the bridge and you will see a car park on the right and toilets (this is the car park for Golitha Falls), go past the car park and about a quarter of a mile along you will see the white walled entrance on the left to South Draynes Farm |
