Little Dean Cot is a semi detached bungalow apartment situated on the Kent North Downs in a rural location designated as an area of outstanding natural beauty. It is approximately 3 miles from both Charing & Lenham. These two historic villages have a selection of shops, pubs and restaurants. In addition there is a bar/restaurant and a pub both within 1 mile of the property. It is an ideal place for a quiet, leisurely holiday but there are also plenty of places to see and things to do in the surrounding area.

It is an excellent area for walking and horse riding with many footpaths and bridleways. The North Downs or Pilgrims Way is within a short walking distance to the South of the property. The roads are very quiet so it is also good cycling countryside. There are also opportunities for horse riding, hot air ballooning and gliding within easy reach.

The property has its own front door and access is via a small fenced garden which is for guests exclusive use and is equipped with a garden table and chairs - ideal for a BBQ and eating outside. Adjacent to the garden is ample off road parking.

The sitting room is a comfortable light room for relaxing with a south west view looking over the gardens and paddocks of the main property. The furniture is comfortable and there is a television and video. Books and games are provided should you want to spend time indoors. A dining table and chairs or lap trays if you opt for eating more informally. There is a separate fully equipped kitchen with the same aspect as the sitting room. There is a breakfast bar, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, electric oven, electric kettle, toaster and more.

The bedroom has a double bed with a bedside cabinet and lamp on both sides of the bed. A built in cupboard, large chest of drawers and wardrobe provide ample space for your clothes. It is a very pretty room with plenty of space. The bathroom is a good size and has a bath and a power shower.

Pets are welcome but must be controlled as the owners have several animals of their own on their 4.5 acre plot. There will not be a charge for your pets. Horses can also be accommodated by arrangement on a diy livery basis and will be charged at £50 per horse per week.

M25, M20 and A20 are all within easy reach and central London is approximately 55 miles by road. From the mainline railway station at Charing, it takes approximately 80 minutes into London, Victoria. The ferry ports of Dover and Folkestone are both a 35 minute drive down the M20 motorway. The channel tunnel vehicle terminal at Cheriton is 20 minutes away and the Ashford International passenger station for Eurostar to Lille, Paris and Brussels less than 20 minutes away by road or just 8 minutes by train from Charing. Gatwick is 75 minutes by car.
