Anglesea House is a Victorian Villa with two holiday apartments, situated in a slightly elevated position giving panoramic views of the sea and Torbay from the gardens and most rooms.

It is within a 5 minute walk to local shops and town centre. It is also close to Paignton Zoo, the train and bus stations, theatre, multi cinema, pubs, clubs and restaurants. The motorway (the M5) is approximately 10 miles away. Exeter airport is approximately 30 miles.

Bay View is a two bed apartment on the 2nd floor which sleeps 2-4 persons - a cot can be provided at no extra cost. There is a fully fitted kitchen with dining area/table and chairs, microwave, toaster, hob and oven, fridge, heater and washing machine.

One bedroom has twin beds, table and lamp, wall mirror, wardrobe and heater. The other bedroom has a double bed, tables and lamps, 3 drawer chest, large pine wardrobe and heater, its own sink and views over Torbay. There is a separate shower room and a separate toilet with wash basin.

The lounge has two 2 seater settees, side table and lamp, fire in surround, colour TV, wall heater and views over Torbay. Electricity is included in the tariff.

East Wing is a two bedroom apartment which sleeps 2 - 4 persons + cot. The groundfloor has an entrance hall, understairs cupboard with £1 coin meter for electricity, ironing board, iron, hoover and coat hooks. A glazed door leads to the lounge which has double aspect windows and sea views.

The lounge has colour TV, stereo/radio/CD player, 2 seater and 3 seater leather settees a table and lamp. The fully fitted kitchen is also on the groundfloor it has an electric oven /gas hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, table and chairs.

A glazed door leads to a small conservatory with a washing machine and a door to a private garden with patio area, table and chairs and at the top of the garden a rotary washing line.

Stairs from the ground floor lead to the first floor landing where there is a bath, separate shower cubicle, basin and toilet and a double bedroom. The bedroom has double aspect windows, sea views, double wardrobe, chest of drawers, tables, lamps and a heater.

Stairs lead to the second floor where there is a twin bedded room with double aspect windows, sea views, double wardrobe, chest of drawers, tables, lamps and a heater.

Gas is included in the tariff, electricity is included for Bay View and by £1 coin meter for East Wing.

Cancellation insurance is available, prices on request for short breaks out of season.
