Awarded a Distinction by Skegness Self Catering Association Marquess Scheme, 7a Lifeboat Avenue is a self-catering, single story building. It is a self contained one bedroom annex, in the Seacroft village area, close to Skegness town centre.

Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, we are a short walk away from Skegness's superb beaches and many sea front amenities, as well as Gibraltar Point Nature Reserve.

The annex is ideal for families or couples and will sleep up to six, utilising the bed settee in the lounge.

The price includes all utilities, towels and bedding and pets are allowed at our discretion.

We are open all year round and offer short break deals. Short breaks are available from £40 per night, 3 night breaks £100.

Local shops 150yds, beach 250yds, Skegness town centre ½ mile, rail/bus station and large supermarkets ¾ mile, Gibraltar Point Nature Reserve 1½ miles, sea front amenities ½ mile.
