Studio Cottage - Sleeps 2 (4 with sofa bed)
Studio is ideal for two people. It has a bathroom, double bedroom and large living area with kitchen, breakfast bar and sitting room. There is room for an extra bed in the sitting room or the sofa converts to a double bed.

Barn Cottage - Sleeps 4 (5 with extra bed)
Originally a grain store, its high ceilings and spaciousness are unusual for a country cottage, as is its large arched sitting room window. The sitting room is a good-size with open stairs to the first floor which has a spacious double bedroom, a twin bedroom and the bathroom. The dining room leads from the sitting room to a separate kitchen with a dishwasher.

Low Barn Cottage - Sleeps 4 (5 with extra bed)
No smoking. All areas are wheelchair accessible.
The entrance lobby leads to the bathroom, a double bedroom and a good-size kitchen /dining room with a dishwasher. A gently sloping passage leads to the sitting room and through this to the twin bedroom which is comfortably large enough for an extra bed.

West Cottage - Sleeps 4 (or 6 with extra beds)
No smoking, no pets.
Our largest cottage. Both bedrooms can accommodate an extra folding bed or the understairs alcove can hold two beds. There is a big sitting room with an open staircase leading to the first floor with the bathroom, one twin and one double bedroom. A kitchen/dining room leads from the sitting room.

Farm & Middle Cottages - Each sleeps 2 (or up to 4 if folding beds are used).
No smoking, no pets.
These two cottages are very similar. Upstairs, each has a bathroom, and a good-sized double bedroom which can easily take an extra folding bed. The sitting rooms downstairs have an open fire. There are modest-sized kitchen/dining rooms overlooking the meadows at the back of the farm.

Short breaks taken throughout the year. No smoking, pets welcome Ground floor: Living room with widescreen TV, DVD player and Playstation, Gas-fired stove; Luxury shower room with walk-in shower and underfloor heating; Dining room; Kitchen with range cooker. A courtyard with garden furniture leads from the dining room. An electric barbecue is provided.

1st floor: two king-sized double bedrooms, Luxury bathroom with spa bath.

2nd floor: two twin bedrooms - please note that sloping ceilings limit head room in some places.

Off road parking for two vehicles.
