Trains start from Page's Park station, on the southern edge of Leighton Buzzard, next to the public park of the same name. From the town centre, take the Hemel Hempstead road, and follow the brown steam train signs. From the A505/A4146 southern bypass, turn towards Leighton Buzzard at the roundabout signed "Narrow Gauge Railway", then follow the brown steam train signs straight ahead, through a set of traffic lights and two further roundabouts. The station entrance is on the right. Leighton Buzzard main-line station is 2 miles (3km) away, and is served by London Midland and Southern trains. Bus D1 runs from the station, Grand Union Canal and town centre to Page's Park, but not on Sundays or Bank Holidays. Bus 70 runs to nearby Stanbridge Road daily, and also connects with Dunstable and Luton. National Cycle Route 6 passes through Leighton Buzzard. |
