Proceed under railway bridge continuing on the A57M (Mancunian Way), take 2nd exit signed UMIST. Immediately fork right. Hotel on left. SOUTH From South via M6 leave at Exit19 and follow A556 Manchester for 4 miles. Join M56 at roundabout and follow to end of motorway following signs for A5103 MANCHESTER for 4 Miles. At roundabout take 3rd exit following A57M SHEFFIELD. Next roundabout take 2nd exit onto flyover take exit signed UMIST. Immediately fork right. Hotel on left. EAST East via M62/M60 leave at Exit17 M60 MANCHESTER CITY CENTER; follow A56 towards Manchester for 4 Miles (Bury New Road to Great Ducie Street). Stay on A56 onto Deangate. After passing Kendals turn left at lights onto John Dalton Street. At next lights road becomes Princess Street. Stay on this road for 1/2 mile, pass under railway bridge and turn immediately
