When you reach the roundabout at Quintrell Downs you will have Newquay Pearl on your left and the Quintrell Inn on the right. Take the third exit to the Town Centre. This will take you to Henver Road. Carry on through 3 sets of traffic lights, this then takes you onto Mount Wise. Take your 1st right onto Grosvenor Avenue, at the bottom turn right and then take the next left.
