A short walk away from Canterbury city centre and its world-famous Cathedral, this privately-owned hotel is set within a Victorian townhouse, amid 2 acres of well-maintained grounds.

In addition to the city centre and all its amenities, Ebury Hotel is located close to Kent County Cricket Ground and the local hospitals.

Situated on the south side of the city, the hotel is also on the main route to Dover and Folkestone.

Relax after a busy day with a dip in the hotel's indoor heated swimming pool, located in the attractive gardens of the hotel.

The hotel also boasts an award-winning restaurant, a large car park and Charlie the labradoodle dog who occasionally helps out in the office.The pool is 30-foot by 15-foot and 4.5-foot deep and includes a revitalising jacuzzi.

Swimming towels are supplied by the hotel and are available at reception.

Children may also enjoy this facility which is open from 08:00-21:00 daily, and is free to all residents of the hotel.

The walled gardens are located to the rear of the hotel, and offer the chance to stretch your legs, for children to explore, or you can just sit out on those warm summer evenings with a chilled bottle of wine.

The hotel's dog, Charlie, is a Labradoodle; a cross between a Labrador and a Poodle.

Labradoodles are hypoallergenic and do not shed hair.

Charlie is one year old, and can be occasionally seen at the hotel, usually behind the reception desk, or running around in the garden chasing the squirrels.

He is very friendly and good natured so do say hello to him if you see him during your stay.
