The Falcon is part of the Compton Estate, owned by Lord Northampton, and situated in the pretty hamlet of Castle Ashby.

The Estate does, in fact, own the entire hamlet which is untouched by time and quintessentially English, with many walking routes through the beautiful surroundings and a small courtyard of shops.

The restaurant serves modern English cuisine, prepared using fresh local ingredients, where possible.
