What if I need to cancel?

When you book this hotel through AboutBritain.com, the contract for your booking is between you and the hotel.

When you make a booking a legally binding agreement is made when all your details have been entered and you click the "CONFIRM" button on the appropriate web page.

You can make cancellations either by contacting the supplier directly, or by going to the cancellation page shown at the bottom of your confirmation email. In the event that you use activehotels.com to cancel your booking we will inform the supplier of the cancellation within a reasonable time.

Please be aware that the supplier may impose a cancellation charge depending on how far in advance of the booking you cancel. We do not accept liability for any cancellation charges incurred other than through our failure to notify a supplier within a reasonable time of receiving your notification to cancel.
