The stealer of Blackadder's fiancé, Bob, has passed away. So sad. That was my favorite episode of all the Blackadder's take on 'true' history.

I didn't see Rik Mayall in any other comedies...they weren't presented on PBS, or appeared on BBCAmerica. However, I can appreciate how great a comedian he was, just from his one hilarious pirate.

I did see him live on stage at the Playhouse.
His Alan Bastard MP was hilarious and naughty.
The Young Ones which brought him fame
was just funny violence, think slapstick with
loads of blood
