Thank you very much everyone!

I had a lovely day - made all the better when I asked Emily to guess how old I was, and she said "21".

Just been out with the "Lotus 7 Club (borders)" for a nice drive around the borders area - including a stop at Jedburgh and a quick visit to the castle and jail. (They even let us leave again afterwards). Then a stop at the Teviot Water Gardens and Smokery for an excellent lunch and a walk around the beautiful water gardens.

Weather was superb all day - until the drive home when the heavens opened, with a huge thunderstorm, torrential rain, and lightning - so I got a bit wet - but didn't really mind!

No Ron,

No roof at all. (No windscreen either, so there wouldn't be much point in having a roof).

It rains, I get wet. (Waterproof clothing helps).

Ah, the Grand Old Days of Motoring.

Did the film "Genevieve" come to mind during the rain ?? Or were you on your own ??

And, of course, who could forget the classic of comedy - "Motoring" by Harry Tait ??
