It will probably be difficult to block this kind of thing but I agree it's blatant advertising on a non commercial web site. From someone who deals in marketing and advertising, can I say that you're far more likely to lose customers than attract them by this kind of unsolicited advertising. You not only cheapen your service and alienate potential customers, you also give your product and reputation a bad name. As you can see, you're offending people so not the best way to advertise your service. Why don't you take it health forums instead and aim it directly at your target audience? I'm not a smoker and I don't mix with people who are so in my case, it's landed on deaf ears anyway. You lose time and money advertising in this way. Just my humble opinion as a marketing person.
