The Emma Bridgewater factory lies in the heart of the historic Stoke Potteries region, in a sunny Victorian factory on the banks of the Caldon Canal.
Join us on a factory tour, try your hand at decorating a piece of your very own unique pottery, relax for lunch in our beautiful kitchen, or enjoy an afternoon in the garden behind the factory.
We've got a gorgeous factory shop, full of your favourite pieces and a lovely gift shop selling our newest designs.

By Car: If you are driving, look out for our spotty teacup hanging from the outside of the factory to know you have arrived. Using your sat nav? Put in Pelham Street and you'll get the best directions to our factory which is on the corner of Pelham St and Lichfield St. We have our own car park with free parking By Train: We are just a few minutes by taxi from Stoke-on-Trent railway station. Stoke-on-Trent is only an hour from Manchester or an hour and a half from London by train. |
