    Penhalvean Pottery is a newly certified site, situated in the quiet hamlet of Penhalvean in the beautiful Cornish countryside. The site is 4 acres on a gentle slope surrounded by rural scenery.

    We are a family orientated site and ask guests to respect this and adhere to the 'no noise' policy after 11.00pm.

    We are open all year round and can accommodate:

  • Small well behaved dogs (need to be kept on leads)

    Why Choose Us?

    We offer an array of facilities such as WC's, hot showers, washing up facilities, wash basins, chemical toilet disposal, washing machines, a fridge and freezer.

    Electric hook up will be available from October 2008 and a full English breakfast is available (providing it's ordered the night before) to enjoy on one of the picnic benches or in your tent. Plus if you find the 'great outdoors' too much we have small chalets available to rent for £50 per night (2 people sharing).

    Although the site doesn't have it's own restaurant, the award winning Golden Lion is half a mile down the road offering meals at lunchtimes and evenings.

    The nearby village of Stithians has a good pub offering great food and ales and a local shop.

    Other nearby attractions is the Stithians lake which offers year round water sports and fishing.

    Penhalvean Pottery is equidistant between the North and South coast making this a great spot to stay for exploring all of Cornwall.

    From Redruth traffic lights:
    Continue towards Falmouth. Upon reaching Southgate Street traffic lights turn right towards Four Lanes/ Helston continue to Wheal Buller Riding School on right. Take left turn opposite Sithiains Lake. Continue on to Penhalvean. Site approximately 400 yards on left.
