    Eastfleet Caravan Park is a privately run, owner occupied static caravan site, offering for sale - to order, fully serviced mobile holiday homes.

    The park is situated 300 yards from the sea wall at the rear of the larger New Beach Holiday Village, which hides our park from view from the main road.

    We have 140 plots, on 7 acres, all of which have vehicular access from the roads that circle the park. The park is open for 7 months from April until October.

    The annual site rent for 2007 is £1,200.00 and includes every thing except electricity, which is metered, and gas which is bottled. The park has a strict No Dogs policy. There is no age limit for caravans kept on the park.

    At the current time vacant plots will only be offered to new customers buying new caravans. Prices for new caravans start at around £20,000 rising to over £40,000 for the most luxurious.

    The surrounding area is coast and farmland and is a peaceful place for walking and cycling, With the sandy beach offering fishing and all the activities to be expected from a British seaside holiday.

    We do not offer any caravans for rent.

    From M20 Junction 11, Follow signs to Hythe, From Hythe take the A259 west to Dymchurch for approximately 3 miles, as the road follows the sea wall look on the right for the sign to the 'New Beach' Touring Park, we are down the end of this road.
