    Orchard Way is a comfortable house situated on a quiet lane on the outskirts of Hawkhurst village.

    It is ideally situated for visiting Sissinghurst, Bodiam, Scotney, Bedgebury Forest and the historic towns of Cranbrook, Tunbridge Wells and Rye.

    Newly opened for B & B in 2010, the rooms are clean and fresh with comfy beds.

    The rooms have LCD TVs and tea & coffee making facilities.

    The rooms overlook a lovely mature garden.

    Breakfast is served in our new garden room.

    It is a three minute walk to a great 'gastro' pub.

    Directions
    From the M25 exit at junction 5 to Sevenoaks, Hastings.
    Follow the A21 towards Hastings passing Sevenoaks, Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells, Lamberhurst.
    After 25 miles you will reach a set of traffic lights at Flimwell. Turn left, continue for 2 miles.
    At the traffic lights in Hawkhurst turn left, after 0.7 miles you will see a sign for 'The Great House' on the left and a telephone kiosk on the right.
    Turn right into Heartenoak Road and Orchard Way is signposted after 100m on the left.

    From the M20 exit at junction 7 onto the A249 follow signs for A249 into Maidstone centre then follow signs for A229 Hastings.
    Continue on the A229 passing through Linton, Staplehurst and Cranbrook. At Cranbrook follow signs for A229 Hawkhurst.
    After 3 miles passing a small petrol garage on the right after another 200 metres there is a left hand bend after which you will see a sign for 'The Great House' on the right and a bus shelter. Turn left into Heartenoak Road and Orchard Way is signposted after 100 metres on the left.

    From Rye A268 follow the A268 to the traffic lights in the centre of Hawkhurst.
    Turn right towards Cranbrook, after 0.7miles you will see a sign for 'The Great House' on the left and a telephone kiosk on the right. Turn right into Heartenoak Road and Orchard Way is signposted after 100m on the left.

    From Hastings A21 follow the A21 to Hurst Green after passing through Hurst Green turn right at the junction signposted A229 Hawkhurst.
    After 3.5miles at the traffic lights in Hawkhurst go straight ahead towards Cranbrook.
    After 0.7miles you will see the sign for 'The Great House' on the left and a telephone kiosk on the right.
    Turn right into Heartenoak Road and Orchard Way is signposted after 100m on the left.
