    A modern, relaxing or romantic, bed & breakfast with great views. We are on the edge of Bodmin only 5 minute drive to Lanhydrock House. Swimming pool, tennis, squash and bar all nearby.

    We have 2 Double rooms, both fully furnished, with en-suite to make your stay very comfortable and private.

    The Beacon Room offers you a comfortable double bed, complimentary Tea and Coffee, DVD/CD player, 15" LCD television and a safe for your personal use. The Beacon en-suite offers you a relaxing shower room.

    The Lanhydrock Room offers a comfortable double bed, complimentary Tea and Coffee, DVD/CD player, 15"LCD Television and a safe for your personal use. The Lanhydrock en-suite bathroom offers you a sumptuous 6 jet spa bath with hand held shower, heated towel rail and luxurious bath sheets and towels.

    There are some great places to eat close by that we can recommend.

    We are ideally located to walks, cycle routes. The Eden Project, Beaches of the South and North Coast and the rest of Cornwall.

    Located close to the start of the Camel Trail, a delightful cycle ride or walk from Bodmin to Padstow, passing though Wadebridge.

    The Copper Trail is a new circular walk on Bodmin Moor, taking in Neolithic stone circles, the cheese ring and hidden valleys with ancient moor land, or why not visit the famous Jamaica Inn, for that atmospheric local inn experience.

    For the more adventurous, you can go canoeing in Fowey, Lerryn or Lostwithiel. Learn to surf at either Polzeath or Newquay or scuba dive in Looe.

    We do have a travel cot available for babies at no extra cost.

    Directions to Meadow Oak B & B
    Exit A30 Signed Bodmin to the left onto Slip Road join onto A38 Launceston Road for 0.3 miles.
    Turn left onto A38 Cooksland Road for 1.2 miles turn left at junction for 0.5 miles.
    At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Respryn Road for 0.3 miles - you go over a small railway bridge and the road bends to the right.
    Turn left onto B3268 Lostwithiel Road for 0.4 miles, passing the Dragon Leisure Centre on the right.
    Arrive at your destination Meadow Oak, which is on the left going down the hill.
    If travelling from Plymouth A38 to Bodmin you pass Bodmin Parkway at roundabout.
    Take second turn off keep to the right avoiding the A30 Bypass the next roundabout take the first turn off onto Respryn Road for 0.3 miles you go over a small railway bridge and the road bends to the right Turn left onto B3268 Lostwithiel Road for 0.4 miles passing the Dragon Leisure Centre on the right.
    Arrive at your destination Meadow Oak which is on the left going down the hill.
    If travelling from Lostwithiel to Bodmin on the B3268 as you see the welcome to Bodmin Sign Your destination Meadow Oak Bed & Breakfast is on the right.
