    This 5-Star fully licensed Edwardian residence, is situated on the edge of the picturesque and bustling market town of Newcastle Emlyn. From its vantage point, Maes-y-Derw commands views over the Teifi Valley, its renowned Salmon and Sea Trout fishing river and over the market town.

    Maes-y-Derw provides two spacious double en-suite bedrooms and one twin en-suite bedroom. All are elegantly furnished and immaculately presented, offering a balance of contemporary touches, such as plasma televisions and modern en-suite facilities, with a plethora of antiques and Edwardian features - free wireless Internet is available in all rooms.

    A self-contained holiday cottage is also available. The Coach House offers, a fully fitted kitchen and lounge/diner downstairs and a bathroom, double bedroom and bunked bedroom upstairs. The accommodation is furnished to a high standard and includes a large leather sofa bed, allowing for a maximum occupancy of 4 adults and 2 children - free wireless Internet.
