    We are a small family run bed and breakfast (Bungalow) on the outskirts of Ipswich, with parking. Ideally located for guests who would enjoy a quiet and peaceful stay. Ideal base for visiting the Suffolk countryside and coastline.

    All rooms have en-suite shower rooms along with Tea and Coffee making facilities, T.V with DVD player, Trouser Press and Hair Dryer.

    All rooms have thermostatically controlled central heating, giving you control over the temperature of your room. Iron and ironing board available.

    Smokers are welcome to use the garden. Children are very welcome as are well trained dogs by appointment only.
    Cot and highchair available, please ask when booking.
    WE ARE OPEN ALL YEAR ROUND.

    Seasons Open: Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter.

    Single room: £45.00, Double room: £60.00, Twin room: £65.00, Triple/family room: £75.00

    We are open all year round, although we do close for 2 weeks in Spring or Winter so we can have our annual holiday.
    We are open over Christmas but do not provide breakfast on Christmas morning.

    Disabled Facilities: There are no disabled facilities. Ground floor accommodation.

    When coming from the A12 at Martlesham, Take the exit A1214 (Kesgrave) this is known as main road Kesgrave.
    Drive over 2 roundabouts, then straight over a set of traffic lights, then take the 2nd turning on your left, this is Cambridge Road. Travel about 500 metres then turn right into The Backs (This is a small unmade private road)
    Drive to the end , where you will find Westwinds on your left, drive through the gates and welcome.
    OFF ROAD PARKING FOR UP TO 4 CARS
    From Ipswich Train Station you can pick up the route 66 bus to ONE-STOP (shop) in Penzance road, from there we are a 10 minute walk.
