| Seasons Open: Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter. Per Person, based on two adults sharing double or twin room. High Season: - £32.50 Low Season: - £30.00 Single occupancy: - £35.00 at all times Children 12 yrs and under sharing family room with parents/carers stay free. *Based on two adults and up to two infants or children under 13 years of age sharing. High season rates apply from 22 May to 31 August 2009 (inclusive) and all Bank Holiday weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday nights). Low season rates apply at all other times. 10% discount on all bookings 4 nights and over. Bed and Breakfast only. Open all year round except 24th, 25th and 26th December. |

| From either North (Chester) or South (Welshpool) on the A483, or from the East (Shrewsbury) on the A5 approach the Llynclys crossroads. At the crossroads turn West onto the A495 (signposted Lake Vyrnwy and Bala, among others). Where the road forks take the right fork (straight ahead in effect) on to the B4396. Carry on to Llanrhaeadr-ym-Mochnant. Go through village centre and turn right at Waterfall Street (signposted for the waterfall). Eirianfa is on the right hand side as the road starts to rise. |
