Underhill Cottage is situated in the village of Breedon on the Hill, which is in the heart of the National Forest.
Close by is Donington Park and East Midlands Airport.

Breedon is surrounded by good motorway networks and just a short drive away is the new Parkway Rail Station.

We offer all the comforts of home, secure parking, guest lounge with TV and sky full package, tea and coffee facilities in all rooms, ironing facilities on request, and full English breakfast at times to suit.

One bedroom with en-suite is on the ground floor level and suitable for the elderly or guests leaving early mornings.

There are two public houses within the village, with full resturant and bar dining.
