    Our excellent location makes the Kariba an ideal base for business, travellers, or visitors wishing to explore the wonderful city of Edinburgh.

    To start the day we include a full cooked breakfast and a choice of fresh fruit/juice, cearal and yogurt from the buffet, with a choice of fresh ground coffee and a selection of tea.

    Our rooms are bright and comfortable with tea/coffee facilities, colour TV and hairdryers in all rooms.

    There is free wireless Internet in our dining room.

    We can book bus trips and offer 10% off, when you book for 3 nights to Lochness, the Highlands of Scotland, Loch Lomand, Stirling Castle, Rosslyn Chapel and the Scottish Borders.

    You will be picked up at the guesthouse and we provide a packed breakfast for early pick-ups.
