    This completely self-contained, picturesque studio accommodation, is set in beautiful landscaped gardens, adjacent to pear orchards, with en-suite facilities (bathrobes included).

    The studio is fully air conditioned with a TV and DVD player, tea and coffee, fridge with mineral water and a breakfast pack supplied to your room.

    For a small extra charge a Full Enlgish Breakfast can be taken in the main house, a 400 year old Kentish Farmhouse.

    Orchard Retreat is close to Sissinghurst Castle Garden, Bodiam Castle and Leeds Castle, with Bedgebury Pinetum 15 minutes drive away.

    Maidstone is 6 miles to the North and Royal Tunbridge Wells is within easy driving distance.

    There is a regular train service to London Charing Cross (1 hour) from the station in the village, 1 mile away.

    Directions
    From junction 6 of the M20:
    Take the A229 Maidstone to Hastings road, via Loose and Linton village.
    Approximately 1.5 miles out of Linton and with the Stile Bridge Inn on your right, take the B2079 to Marden.
    Take the 1st turning left into Battle Lane and travel 500 yards to where Battle Lane meets St Ann's Green Lane.
    Opposite is Summerhill Farmhouse and the parking for Orchard Retreat is via the tarmac drive to the left of the farmhouse.
