    Private Rooms
    This superbly renovated house has four ground floor bedrooms allocated for guests; both are independently accessed and therefore provide private and secure B&B accommodation for you to come and go as you please.

    Facilities
    All of the stylish guest rooms have their own en-suite toilet and shower, tea and coffee facilities and an LCD TV with Free-View channels.

    Each en-suite is stocked with toiletries and sanitary items and both bedrooms have a supply of up to date magazines, as-well as what to do and where to go guides. All our beds are very comfortable and breakfast is piping hot and delicious.

    Service
    At the Boathouse we we believe that if you run a Bed and Breakfast you need Fantastic Beds and Great Breakfasts. It's what B&B is all about. We try our up-most to ensure your stay with us is as pleasant as it can be. We would love to see you again.

    Breakfast
    Access to the dining room is via a large deck area, constructed with anti-slip walkways; the deck overlooks a large illuminated Koi pond with a water blade fountain.

    Pricing and Opening Times
    Seasons Open: Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter.

    February - March £65.00 - £ 95.00 per room per night.
    April - September £75.00 - £165.00 per room per night.
    October - January £60.00 - £ 80.00 per room per night.

    These prices do not include Goodwood Festival dates (see our tariff page for more details) or Christmas - Bank Holiday.

    We will be closed first two weeks of January 2010.

    Pet Facilities: Pets are not allowed. We wish we could but we have a dog. Although not allowed in the guest area he is not dog friendly. Loves people, not other dogs.
    Smoking Facilities: Smoking is not allowed. Ashtrays are provided in the grounds.
    Special Diets Provision: Special diets are catered for. Any diet can be catered for with sufficient notice.
    Disabled Facilities: There are disabled facilities. The Chichester room is a ground floor room with a ramp to the entrance door. However the en-suite shower is not suitable for wheelchair access due to limited space.

    Come along the A27 into West Sussex and turn at the Tesco roundabout:
    Sign posted Fishbourne - Bosham A259
    Continue up this road for nearly 3 miles.
    Pass The Woolpack and Bulls Head Pub and head out of Fishbourne.
    On the left you will see Hilliers Garden Centre.
    Further up on the right there are some traffic islands, this is HAM FARM turning.
    Past Ham Farm turning, we are the first house on the right. Look for 4 cedar wood dormers.
    We are right opposite Chequers Lane.
