    Victorian Farmhouse accommodation with all mod-cons; situated on the edge of Yate, within walking distance of trains and buses to Bath, Bristol and Gloucester. Easy access to M4, M5 & M32.

    All bedrooms are en-suite shower or bath/shower with hospitality tray, digital TV, Internet and ironing facilities.

    Far reaching rural views over our own land, which extends to 6 acres from some rooms.

    Comfortable residents' lounge heated by wood burning stove.

    NGS gardens open to the public on special fund raising days, serving cream teas on the terrace.

    Breakfast served 'Farmhouse Style'- one big table in the dining room;
    local food wherever possible, including eggs from our own hens, cooked on the range.
    Home-made cakes waiting for you on your arrival.

    Stables also available-must be booked.

    Direct access to the Frome Valley Walkway via our own 'River Walk'.
    Avon Valley Cycle Path up the adjacent lane.

    Medieval Village of Iron Acton a 1 mile walk along country lanes.

    Ancient market town of Chipping Sodbury just 2 miles away.
