    MOTHERS DAY SPECIAL - SPA BREAKS JUST £99 PER PERSON INCLUDING ACCOMMODATION, FULL USE OF SPA FACILITIES, LIGHT LUNCH AND UP TO 2 HOURS OF TREATMENT.

    Set in 12 acres, School Barn Farm, overlooks the Stour Valley where country living awaits walkers, cyclists, families and business people, wanting a quiet and friendly place to stay.

    This tranquil country home offers style, space, gardens and open fires.

    The bedrooms are equipped with TV, books and magazines and there is a snug for resident's use, outside dining times with satellite TV, DVD and Video player.

    The breakfast menu has house specials and is made with our own or locally sourced products.

    Outside is a children's play area and stables available by prior arrangement.

    Walkers are able to enjoy miles of footpaths in this designated 'special landscape area' and dogs are always welcome.

    Facilities are also available for those with young children, including cot, high-chair, booster seats, special menus and baby listening.

    The old world charm and antiques of Long Melford and Clare are just a 10 minute drive and Cavendish is only a 1.5 mile walk away.

    There are plenty of really good pubs and restaurants nearby; the local pub, The Pinkuah Arms, is within easy walking distance.

    Sudbury, the birthplace of Gainsborough and the local market town is four miles from here and Bury St Edmunds; Newmarket with its Horse Racing links, Ipswich and Colchester with Constable Country in between, are all approximately 30 minutes drive.

    Cambridge has the university, historical buildings, boutique and designer shops ans is less than one hour away.

    Take the A1092 from Long Melford to Clare.
    In Cavendish, turn left signposted to Pentlow, then your first left up the hill to the T junction and turn left.
    This is Pentlow village.
    Our drive is situated by the red telephone box..
