    A 15th century Suffolk Oak Barn, now converted to a 5 star "Gold" award winning luxury Bed & Breakfast, with three ground floor en-suite double rooms, each with individual access for flexibility.

    Wildlife friendly grounds and gardens of 2 acres are here to enjoy.

    Ample secure, private parking, makes this a great base to explore Suffolk's 'Heritage Coast' of Southwold ~ Aldeburgh, including Snape Maltings Concert Halls, RSPB reserves at Minsmere, Havergate and North Warren.

    National Trusts:- Sutton Hoo, Orford Ness, Dunwich Heath and Framlingham Castle are all within 20 minutes drive.

    A wealth of local 'Eateries', with a strong accent on seafood and good local produce are close by, with lots of 'Farm Shops' selling their own range of Suffolk's harvest, including vineyards (hic - sorry!)
