    Formerly a small hotel, Clarence House B&B has been subject to a 100% refurbishment during 2008.

    Every room has been completely redecorated, with new digital TV, clock radio, new en-suites (2 with showers and one with bath), beds,bedding and of course free tea and coffee facilities.

    Walkers and cyclists welcome and we will do our very best to dry you out if you arrive soaking wet in our dry room which you can use for a very small charge to cover the costs of heating it!

    Evening meals may be available by special arrangement at additional cost.

    Off road parking usually available.

    We are situated about half a mile from the centre of the quaint ever-popular village of Shanklin, within a short downhill walk to the sandy beach.

    Most of the major stores are represented in Newport, the Isle's capital just a few miles away.

    There are a vast number of attractions throughout the Isle, all within very short distances to cater for all tastes.

    Seasons Open: Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter.

    Double with en-suite bath and shower unit above: £60.00*- £69.00**.

    Double/twin en-suite shower rooms: £54.00* - £64.00per room.**

    *Low Season 1st November - 31st March 2010:

    Stay for 3 nights at any time of the week and pay for 2 only.

    ** High Season - 1st April - 31st October.

    High Season: 5% discount for returning visitors.

    Please note: All prices and seasons include a choice of our famous breakfasts!

    Booking Terms - 25% deposit,balance payable on.

    Cancellation terms - 48 hours or less before reservation - full payment.
    2 weeks or less - first night payment in full.

    Please ensure you have full holiday insurance in place at the time of booking.

    Rooms are available from 4.00pm to 11.00am daily.
