    The WATERBURY Guest House is situated in Birnam in the heart of beautiful Perthshire, with Dunkeld only a stone's throw away.

    This area is steeped in history and full of authentic Scottish charm.

    Our rooms are all en-suite and are individually decorated to a high standard and come complete with Aran aromatics toiletries, service trays, flat screen TV/DVD's and fluffy white towels!

    We have a lovely guest lounge and licensed bar, Free Wi-fi access, private parking, a large drying room and rod store.

    Our breakfast is generous and varied, ranging from our full cooked Scottish breakfast, to our local Dunkeld Smoked salmon specials. (Evening meals are available on request.)
