    Catherine & Bob give you a warm welcome to our family run licensed Bed & Breakfast Guest House, which is ideally situated opposite the Beautiful Torwood Gardens in Torquay.

    We are just a short walk from Torquay Marina, Abbey Sands, Town centre and Fleet Walk Shopping Precinct.

    The accommodation has ten tastefully decorated, comfortable rooms, which include singles, doubles and family rooms en-suite.

    All have television and tea/coffee making facilities and most of the comfortable rooms enjoy lovely views of the church, Torwood gardens
    and the beautiful hillside properties down to the harbour.

    From Newton Abbot follow directions for Torquay:
    Then follow signs for 'Sea Front' and 'Conference Centre'.
    Bear right at traffic lights by Halfords into Avenue Road.
    Continue straight on until the traffic lights at the sea front then turn left and follow around the coast past the Princess Theatre. Take first exit at mini roundabout by Pavilion.
    Follow road around past shops on your left, to the Clock Tower roundabout.
    Take first exit into Torwood Street, across the traffic light into Babbacombe Road.
    Arden Court is on the left just past the museum.
    We offer a free pick up service from Torquay Railway Station or Torquay Coach Station - just let us know what time you are due to arrive.
