A warm welcome and relaxing time awaits you at our secluded home, set in tree lined gardens and situated on the edge of the picturesque village of Branston, less than four miles from Lincoln.
Enjoy the lovely surroundings over a welcoming cup of tea and homemade, or local cake (such as the famous Lincolnshire Plum Bread), either inside or outside on the deck if weather permits!
The very comfortable lounge/dining room overlooks the gardens to three sides of the house.
For breakfast, we specialise in providing local produce including, Lincolnshire sausages (usually made from locally reared rare breed pigs), home made bread, muesli, jams, marmalades and fruit compote made from our own fruit.
We have three bedrooms with easy chairs, tea and coffee making facilities and snacks, Freeview TV and hair dryers.
One room has an en-suite shower room with a king size bed and a balcony overlooking the magnificent Branston Hall in the front and over the garden and fields at the back. This can also be made into a family room with either an additional single bed or travel cot.
The other two rooms overlook the garden and surrounding fields. The double room has an en-suite shower room. The twin room has a full private bathroom adjacent and the beds can be converted to a super king.
Free wireless broadband Internet access is available. Please note you will require your own wireless enabled laptop to use this facility.
We have a large garden which you can walk round or relax in. We regularly have pheasants, partridges, woodpeckers and many small garden birds enjoying feeding just outside the house. You may be lucky enough to see buzzards and geese.
If you feel like walking further, visit the waterwheel or wander along the lane through the woods. If you would like to see around the village you can follow the Branston Historical Village Trail.
