The Salamander Guest House is a family-run bed & breakfast in the heart of Stratford-upon-Avon and therefore minutes walk away from all the attractions.

Our Edwardian Guest House is ideally situated, overlooking a floral park.

All our bedrooms have en-suite facilities (no shared bathrooms), colour television, tea/coffee facilities and central heating.

You may come and go as you please. We have our own Car Park/Garaging to the rear of the house.

You are assured of an excellent cooked English or Continental Breakfast, which will be served as early as you need it.

Evening meals will be catered for by prior arrangement. Vegetarians, Vegans and Diabetics are catered for.

Seasons Open: Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter. Single: £20.00 / £35.00 per room/per night with breakfast. Double: £20.00 / £30.00 per person/per night with breakfast.

The Salamander Guest House by Frommers Date published: Oct 2007 Author: Darwin PorterArticle [Fritzthecat, 13.02.2008] Frommers recommends this guest house as it is "one of the better" which can be found in the area. Mr Porter liked the "homelike" feeling of the "Edwardian" building which dates back to 1906 and overlooks a "woodsy park". He writes that the amenities of the town centre can be reached within "5 minutes" by walk and for transport connections the B439 is nearby.He found the rooms to be "comfortable" and "attractive" and mentions that comes with its own shower.
