    Centery Farm is a family run business offering quality accommodation reflecting a 'Four Star' standard as set out by the English Tourism Authorities in a professional, yet relaxed and informal farmhouse atmosphere and ideally situated when visiting Exmoor and the North Devon coast.

    Bed: All four of our guest bedrooms offer cosy farmhouse pine beds with quality mattresses for that perfect nights sleep. All rooms are protected with electronic fire alarms (sound and strobe light warnings) and smoke detectors.

    & Breakfast: Best meal of the day Freshly prepared exclusively for you, full farmhouse, light continental, or something in-between, whatever your choice we will ensure you start your day off with a good wholesome meal.

    Evening Meals: We can offer good old fashion farmhouse evening meals during the winter months, (October to April) a warming casserole, bangers and mash, chicken supreme, etc, etc. Full menu in room information packs.

    Farmhouse Cream Teas: We also like to uphold traditions and enjoy our afternoon tea, so much so that we open our dining room and terrace overlooking the lawns and duck pond between 2.pm & 5.pm all Summer long (May to September) for our acclaimed Cream Teas.

    Event Hosting: In 2008 we hosted a 90th birthday lunch time garden party on our lawns under a large marquee. Should you have a need to celebrate an event and are looking for an ideal garden venue then Centery Farm could be for you. Please contact us to discuss your exact requirements.

    Pricing and Opening Times
    Seasons Open: Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter.

    All rooms £35.75 per person per night and include a fresh baked farmhouse cream tea if arriving between 2.00pm and 5.00pm during the Summer months and a toasted tea cake tea during the Winter (October to April), overnight accommodation and a full farmhouse breakfast the following morning.

    Guests staying for 2 to 3 nights will receive a 5% accommodation discount, 4 to 6 nights accommodation will claim a 10% reduction and 7+ nights will receive a 15% reduction on the accommodation bill.

    Single occupancy of a double / twin bedded room 'By Choice' will attract a £10.00 supplement per night for the first and second nights and thereafter attract discounts as detailed above.

    Payments: A 'first nights' deposit will be required for advanced bookings, cheques made payable to 'Centery Farm' and supported with a cheque guarantee card. Credit card payments also taken.
    Final bill to be settled the night prior to departure.

    Registration forms for each guest must be completed prior to occupancy to comply with fire and public liability insurance regulations.

    Minors: Unfortunately we do not have a family room as such, therefore our accommodation is not suitable for children under 16 years of age.

    First night arrivals no later than 9pm unless by prior arrangement.

    Pet Facilities: Pets are not allowed. Due to the close proximity of a large pond and free ranging ducks we regret that we cannot accept pets.
    Smoking Facilities: Smoking is allowed. Recent law changes mean that 'No Smoking' is permitted within any part of the building.However smoking on the patio and within the grounds is allowable within the law.
    Special Diets Provision: Special diets are catered for. Always happy to accommodate you, please tell us your needs.
    Disabled Facilities: There are no disabled facilities. Due to the age and construction of the farmhouse we regret that we are unable to accommodate disabled persons above category three as all accommodation is on the first floor.
    However Poppy has a vibrating alarm which slips under a pillow for those with hearing difficulties in the case of an emergency.

    Directions
    Centery farm is tucked away in a small coombe at the head of the Bradiford valley, just off the B3230 Barnstaple to Ilfracombe road, in the heart of North Devon on the edge of Exmoor.

    SatNav will probably show 'Hillcrest Farm' as the local focal point, we are just down the road from Hillcrest and share the same post code.
