    Owned and run by husband and wife team Beverly and Stephen Green who offer Bed & Breakfast accommodation reflecting a '4 star' standard as set out by the English tourism authorities in a professional, yet relaxed and informal atmosphere.

    Centery Farm is ideally located when visiting the North Devon and Exmoor regions and is most suited to couples and the single traveller looking for a quieter venue, and your welcome starts with a classic farmhouse cream tea upon arrival.*

    BED: All guest rooms offer cosy pine beds with quality mattresses and snuggle under duvets for a perfect nights sleep, after which wake up refreshed and ready for your classic farmhouse breakfast, freshly prepared just for you.

    & BREAKFAST: Full farmhouse, lighter continental or something in-between, whatever your choice we will ensure you start your day off with a good wholesome meal. Plus fresh tea and coffee and chilled fresh fruit juice.

    All rooms are protected with electronic fire alarms (sound and strobe light warnings) and smoke detectors.

    Arrivals timed between 3.30 & 5.00pm.

    Pricing and Opening Times
    Seasons Open: Spring, Summer, Autumn.

    Rooms from: £33.00 per person per night and include a farmhouse cream tea if arriving between 3.300pm and 5.00pm, overnight accommodation and a full farmhouse breakfast the following morning.

    Single occupancy of our double or twin bedded room By Choice will attract a £10.00 supplement per night double / twin room and £15. per night for our King-Size mini-suite.

    Payments: A first nights deposit will be required for advanced bookings, secure with credit / debit card. Secure on-line booking from our website.

    Final bill to be settled the night prior to departure.

    Registration forms for each guest must be signed prior to occupancy, to comply with fire and public liability insurance regulations.

    Minors: Unfortunately we do not have a family room as such, therefore our accommodation is not suitable for children under 16 years of age.

    First night arrivals no later than 9pm unless by prior arrangement.

    Open March through to October every year.

    Pet Facilities: Pets are not allowed. Due to the close proximity of a large unfenced pond and free ranging ducks we regret that we cannot accept pets.

    Special Diets Provision: Special diets are catered for. Always happy to accommodate you, please tell us your needs.
    Disabled Facilities: There are no disabled facilities. Due to the age and construction of the farmhouse we regret that we are unable to accommodate disabled persons above category three (3) as all accommodation is on the first floor.
    However Poppy has a vibrating alarm which slips under a pillow for those with hearing difficulties in the case of an emergency.

    Directions
    Centery farm is tucked away in a small coombe at the head of the Bradiford valley, just off the B3230 Barnstaple to Ilfracombe road, in the heart of North Devon on the edge of Exmoor.

    SatNav's will probably say 'You have reached your destination' at Hillcrest Farm which has a shared post code with us (EX31 4HN) we are just down the hill on the right, ...keep going!
