The Nook is a family run guest house in St Ives, Cornwall, close to the Porthmeor Surfing Beach, the Tate Gallery, St Ives Harbour and town centre.
Our on-site car park means the guest house is an ideal base for exploring Cornwall's spectacular coastline, gardens and countryside.
If you want to stay closer to home you could simply soak up the beauty and atmosphere of St Ives with its art galleries and cobbled streets.
The Nook has undergone major refurbishment giving all bedrooms
en-suite facilities and a modern contemporary feel; the quality of the improvements has been recognised through an AA 4 Star Highly Commended - Guest Accommodation rating.
After a busy day soaking up the sun or sight seeing guests can relax and unwind in the cool and comfortable residents' lounge. The lounge has a TV with freeview and DVD player.
Free wi-fi access to the internet is available to all guests.
For the safety and comfort of all our guests The Nook is a No Smoking establishment but guests may use the adjacent patio area should they wish to smoke - outdoor seating and tables make this a perfect retreat.
The accommodation comprises of a variety of double, twin, single and family rooms. All rooms are designed to ensure our guests have a memorable and comfortable stay. Each bedroom is furnished to high standards in modern contemporary styles with fine comfortable beds.
All the rooms are fully ensuite with showers and some include baths. Central heating is individually controlled.
In order to maximise your comfort the rooms have colour televisions and DVD players, radio alarms, hair dryer and a hospitality tray. The facilities for each room can be found at the bottom of the individual room pages.
Ironing facilities are available if required.
Rooms with views across the bay are available.
Children of all ages are welcome. Babies can also be accommodated

| Seasons Open: Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter. £35.00 - £48.50 per person per night. The Nook is open all year round, making it not only suitable for the summer holidays, but a perfect retreat in the quieter months of the year. Arrival time is by prior arrangement.Check out time is 10.00 am on day of departure. |

| u>A30 to St Ives Town Centre: At the bottom of Tregenna Hill as you approach the High Street, take the left turning between the National Westminster Bank and the Library into Gabriel Street. Proceed up the hill passing the Co-op and the local cinema. At the roundabout, turn right into Bullans Lane. At the top of the hill, turn left into Ayr Terrace.
