    157 Newmarket Road is our light, airy, non-smoking family home, on the lovely tree-lined Southern entrance to Norwich.

    We are on the A11, convenient for the University of East Anglia, John Innes, Food Research Institute, Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital, Norwich Union, Lotus Cars, the Sainsbury Centre and the Theatre Royal.

    The famous Norfolk Broads are just a short drive away and the East Coast, with its beautiful sandy beaches, can be reached in about 40 minutes.

    We offer you a warm welcome, and a comfortable stay; snuggle up under cosy duvets, on crisp Egyptian cotton sheets and then take breakfast in the sunny dining room, before starting your day.

    We will always try to fulfil your special requests and requirements. Just let us know how we can make your stay memorable.

    Seasons Open: Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter.

    Rates are from: £40.00 to £45.00 per person per night.
    There is a reduction for stays of two or more nights.
    Double occupancy of twin or double room is from: £80.00 to £85.00 per night. All rates include breakfast.

    We offer accommodation all the year round.
    We suggest that arrival is after 2pm and vacating of rooms is by noon, but other timings are quite acceptable, by arrangement.

    By Car:
    We are on the A11,situated just on the city side of Judges Walk, as one drives in from the London direction.
    Driving out towards London, we are just outside the ring road, 200 yards past the first set of traffic lights, on the right.
    On foot from the city centre:
    We can be found by walking straight along the Newmarket Road, past the ring road roundabout and first set of traffic lights, as above. By Bus:
    All buses travelling along the Newmarket Road out of the city, will drop you at Branksome Road, almost opposite our house.
