    The Old Vicarage is a 4 star Bed and Breakfast situated at the foot of the Blackdown Hills, between Taunton and the Devon border.

    Whether you are on your way to a business meeting, attending a family party, or here to enjoy the hidden delights of Somerset, we offer a homely atmosphere, pleasant, spacious, accommodation and good local food.

    You will be welcomed by myself, Sarah Warner, to this lovely Victorian Vicarage, where I hope to be able to give an individual service to each of my guests; if you need advice about where to walk, evening meals, early (or late!) breakfasts, or anything else - just ask.

    The rooms feature large, comfortable beds and bathrooms, with baths incorporating power showers; in the bedrooms there is WiFi access and televisions with freeview, as well as complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits.

    We have a large garden, which is open to guests who can relax on the patio in the warmer weather. There is plenty of private parking.

    The breakfast menu is extensive and highlights include the full English, salmon and scrambled eggs and omelettes, all produced from top quality ingredients.

    Single occupancy: £35.00 to £39.50.
    Discounts available for stays of 3 nights or more.

    From M5 Junction 26:
    Follow the signs to Wellington then at the first roundabout turn left onto the A38.
    You immediately go straight on at a second roundabout, then after 2 miles you reach another.
    Turn right towards Wellington and we are about half a mile on your left, just before the church and traffic lights.
    From junction 27
    Follow the A38 for 5 miles and veer left towards Wellington at a roundabout.
    We are about half a mile on your left, just before the church and traffic lights.
    From Wellington town centre:
    Follow Mantle Street for 1 mile, passing the cinema on your left. From the traffic lights we are about 100 yds on your right, just past the church.
